ALLL INCLUSIVE * 950 euro deposit is due by May 3rd 2021 and full payment by May 18th 2021 to be paid before or in person. COVID RESTRICTIONS Due to the current COVID situation , we may have to make unexpected changes to the itinerary and replace them with other locations which serve the purpose of being powerful earth portals for activating inner and outer streams of consciousness . Depending upon current advice at the time in the UK, we may require recent negative COVID test results and face masks may need to be worn not only in public areas but also in our transportation bus. We may also have to heed social distancing regulations that may prevail when we meet. CANCELLATION POLICY Should we decide to cancel this retreat due to constraining circumstances, those who paid-in will receive full refunds. Should you decide to cancel we shall need to keep the deposit. If you have made the full payment we shall be able to reimburse 60% of the full retreat cost minus the deposit .If you would prefer we can also reimburse the full amount towards a future retreat with us, minus the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your spot in the class, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit ensures your place and helps cover preparation costs and materials. Cancellations by Participant More than 7 days before the class: You may cancel your registration. The $150 deposit will be retained, but any additional payments will be refunded in full. Within 7 days of the class start date: No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to a future class (if available) or to another participant. No-shows: Participants who do not attend without prior notice forfeit all payments. Cancellations by Organizer If the class is canceled by the organizer for any reason (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment), participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit, or may choose to apply the payment toward a future class. Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior written notice (at least 48 hours before the class).
